David Rodriguez is a 4th grader at South Park Elementary. He made cameos in the first 3 episodes (His mom was one of the pregnant Mexican women in Stunning and Brave), but he debuted as a character in the fourth episode, You're Not Yelping. His parents own a Mexican restaurant in South Park, and Cartman used that to his advantage to make David be Cartman's servant, or busboy. He is seen hanging with the boys in the episodes after (In the fifth episode, Safe Space, he is seen with the boys without Cartman when Butters attempts suicide) He and his parents moved to South Park from Idaho. He seems to be better friends with Kyle Broflovski, as he showed him around the school on his first day, and stood with him when he confronted the Yelpers.
