Description[edit]
Cartman is the latest victim of body shaming on Twitter, and Randy has to deal with uncomfortable confrontations every time he shops at the new Whole Foods. He feels exposed at every turn and it’s ruining his Whole Foods experience. Randy and Cartman are both seeking a safe space. Butters is appointed by PC Principal to help Cartman with his social media accounts and to compile all of the nice comments and print them out for Cartman to see. He gets other clients, like Steven Seagal, Demi Lovato, and Lena Dunham for his service, and eventually, looking at all of the horrible things people post, led him to madness and a suicide attempt.

- This episode rips on Lena Dunham, who quit Twitter back in January 2015 over people calling her a cow. She went back to Twitter some time later. On October 8 she quit again because a nine-year-old called her a whore. But she didn't actually quit.
