Leslie is a girl at South Park Elementary who's often singled out by the Principal for not keeping her goddamn "piehole" shut during assemblies... even when she's not actually talking to anybody. It is later revealed that Leslie and PC Principal's relationship goes well beyond trigger happy school principal and apparently troublemaking student. Their exact statue of their relationship is unknown, however.
