Butt Out!, consisting of Pam, Vernon, Kyle, and Randy, go to schools and do anti-smoking presentations. Randy and Vernon do the beat-boxing in the background while Kyle provides the bad acting and all four perform crappy freestyle rap, letting kids no it's "cool" to say no and that smoking can kill, trying to create associations between smoking and cancer and abortion. Their presentation at South Park Elementary bores and horrifies the boys, and the tagline that the kids can be just like them by not smoking is just enough to get the boys to try their first cigarettes.

• According to fans, when the episode aired, promos included an additional scene where the Butt Out! troupe tried to "peer pressure" Butters and he peed his pants. It was not included in the final episode and hasn't been released.
