The greatest mode of transportation ever created, the Handicar can be summoned easily and conveniently with a smartphone and will drive you to your destination, with two relaxing seats around a nice table perfect for using an iPad or eating. Created by Timmy Burch, it became such a success he expanded it's business with additional drivers - the HandiCaps, licensed Handicar drivers with their own handicaps. They pressed Timmy to drive in the Wacky Races to prove Handicar's superiority and eventually came to help when it seemed he may lose. Handicar was later sold to Elon Musk, and the HandiCaps went back to their normal lives.
