A devoted member of the SP Cabbies' Union, this Russian can't afford air condition, plays the radio very loud, doesn't clean up vomit, and only lets passengers watch The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He couldn't understand why he had so few passengers and blamed the lack of service on Timmy Burch's innovative app-based ride-sharing company. He later became the cabbies' representative driver in the Wacky Races, as the Pissed Off Russian, but he failed to get too far in the race.
