These three kids are the children of The Foleys, and are all Ginger despite their dark-haired parents - the recessive gene can be carried in any family unless a member is of Asian descent. These kids all just smile and grin, moving and speaking mostly together, as if one being. They seem to have little personality or unique traits, making it seem as if they don't have souls... they later join Eric Cartman's special Ginger Separatist Movement.
Mr. and Mrs. Foley and their youngest daughter Katie appeared in the season 13 premiere episode The Ring. In that episode, Kate had a new non-ginger look and two new sisters, even her mother had her hair dyed blonde.
