A well-meaning female student at South Park Elementary, Isla was once a close friend of Heidi Turner as they told each other's futures, attended slumber parties, and waited for the school bus together. She also had a pretty spot-on impression of their classmate Eric Cartman that was great for dinner parties.

Isla has light Caucasian skin and a relatively average body type for a fourth grader. She has wavy dark brown hair that goes down her back, with a slight part on her left side, and bangs. She wears a bright red shirt and dark green pants.
Close Friends[edit]
Isla is one of the secondary girls at South Park Elementary, or at least part of their extended circle in recent seasons. She seems to have previously been close friends with Heidi Turner, but has stepped back since the latter began her relationship with Eric Cartman and seems afraid of her. She also appears to be close with Theresa.

Frenemy[edit]
When Heidi began a relationship with Cartman, the girls' friendship declined. While Isla was initially content to make fun of Heidi's choice along with the other girls, as Heidi became more rude, Isla became much more soft-spoken and uncomfortable around her former friend.

Isla can sometimes be seen walking around the streets, where the player may fart on her, but the player cannot obtain a selfie with her nor does she have unique dialogue.

Although the character Kal, who first appeared in season 8's "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", bears a close resemblance to her, Isla made her official South Park debut around a year later, in "Marjorine", where she played a minor role as one of the characters invited to Heidi Turner's slumber party, alongside the more familiar girls. The character has since made background appearances in a number of episodes.
Her name, Isla was first confirmed onscreen in season 21's "Moss Piglets", and first appeared when the character's image was uploaded to this very wiki, but she had previously been referred to erroneously by fans as Kal or Courtney.
Bonus Factoids[edit]
- When Isla tried to stop Heidi from bullying Theresa, Heidi sarcastically remarked that Isla is going to say something "profound" and should knock them out with her "wit and satire". Exactly what Heidi means by this, we're not sure.
