This is that boy in the background in the red scarf and blue jacket all the time all the time. He's attended Jew Scouts with Kyle Broflovski, Kenny McCormick and Francis. He's been around since the third grade, but he never found the time to speak until he noticed the return of the angry Germans and alerted the other kids.
