Description
Officer "Mitch" Barkley is one of the many officers in the Park County Police and is one of the more serious men on the force and seems to be a favorite of his superior, Harrison Yates, who he in turn looks up to. Barkley has been known to take the lead on occasion when Yates is absent, such as a hostage situation at P.F. Chang's with two terrorists, helping recover Randy Marsh's britches from some ranchers, and of course, securing Barack Obama's re-election as president... for the sake of Star Wars. Barkley remains one of the town's more common policemen. He may be a Captain.
