Story

Description

South Park's 4th grade class scores the lowest in the country on the Presidential Fitness Test, a failure caused solely by Cartman's shortcomings in the physical education department. Feeling they've been cheated, Butters and Jimmy form the 99% Club to protest the inequality in the system. Meanwhile, Cartman's dearest friends, his stuffed animals, are being mutilated one-by-one, and he desperately searches for the killer.
