In an effort to be among the great pioneers of flight, Cartman puts on a pair of cardboard wings, stands on his rooftop, and jumps. Unfortunately he does not fly.  The resulting two-story fall causes massive cranial trauma and puts him in coma.  After two days, Cartman awakes from the coma, alive and coherent.  During his two-day recovery period, he is given a new hospital roommate -- the latest victim of the "Left Hand Killer" (a serial killer haunting South Park). The hospital room is swarming with police detectives.
[[Paris Hilton]] visits South Park's mall to promote the opening of her new store, Stupid Spoiled Whore. True to its name, the shop offers everything needed to live the Hilton lifestyle, including Skanque perfume and the Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset. The playset comes fully equipped with a "videocamera, night vision filter, fake money, losable cell phone, and 16 hits of ecstasy" -- everything a girl needs to be a spoiled whore.
The victim dies shortly after, and the cops -- noticing the injured boy's ability to predict his crappy hospital food -- now believe Cartman to be psychic.  They take him to the latest crime scene and ask for his impressions. Cartman closes his eyes and sees "visions" of various snack foods -- more specifically, "ice cream with sprinkles and Quadruple-Stuffs." Hearing this, the cops leap to the conclusion that Tom Johansen, owner of the local ice cream shop, is the killer. He's promptly arrested, beaten then beaten some more.


When another murder occurs with Johansen in jail, the police believe there's now a copycat killer on the loose and seek help from the "Child Wunderkind with psychic abilities" once more. Cartman fingers another suspect, who's also immediately incarcerated. But the killings keep happening. And Cartman keeps naming suspects -- including a group of "professional" psychics who recently challenged his credentials.
[[Wendy]] is disgusted by the store and what she perceives as the objectification of women. But apparently no one else is. Soon, all of her friends are playing the game and dressing like sluts.
Meanwhile, Kyle notices an extremely creepy character at one of the crime scenes. Pissed that everyone is taking Cartman's bogus "readings" so seriously, Kyle takes matters into his own hands.  He follows the creepy man home, does some fairly complex fingerprint and blood analysis work, and informs the cops that this guy is their man. They scoff at him, preferring to rely on Cartman's readings.  
 
Feeling that there's no other way to make himself heard, Kyle straps on cardboard wings, jumps off the roof of his own house and sustains a head injury that lands him in the hospital...with a coma.
Meanwhile, Paris grieves over the death of her pet Chihuahua, [[Tinkerbell]], who committed suicide during an unbearable Hilton cell phone conversation. Tinkerbell shot herself rather than listen to her mistress' self-centered prattling.  Paris spots [[Butters]], is smitten, and immediately makes him her replacement pet, forcing him to wear a bear costume and calling him Mr. Biggles. Hilton offers Butters' parents $200 million for him. The Stotches make a counteroffer of $250 million, which she accepts.
When Kyle wakes up, he tells the cops he's acquired psychic powers just like Cartman, and provides the police with the name and address of the Left Hand Killer. Meanwhile, the Killer kidnaps Cartman and plans to kill him -- claiming that Cartman has denied him proper credit for his "work."
 
The police arrive just in time, and gun the killer down. Back at the hospital, they, along with the (now released) "professional" psychics, thank Kyle for helping them. Kyle tells everyone that psychic powers had nothing to do with it, and that no one can really read minds.
Wendy becomes a social outcast because she won't act like a whore. Her friend [[Bebe Stevens]] even refuses to invite her to a party -- a sex party -- at her house. But the gathering is less than successful, since the boys who attend are frightened by the girls' advances and try to run away. Meanwhile, Wendy asks [[Mr. Slave]] (the biggest whore she knows), to teach her how she can become a tramp just like the other girls. Mr. Slave explains that whores are born, not made, and goes to Bebe's house to break up the party.
Not surprisingly, no one believes him. The professional psychics then square off with Cartman in a telekinetic battle. Suddenly the room's lights go out and the shelf above Kyle's bed collapses. Kyle, taken aback, insists there's a logical explanation for that too.
 
Meanwhile, Butters (still in his bear costume) makes a terrifying discovery: all of Hilton's previous pets committed suicide.  Unwilling to be next, he flees. Paris pursues him, and they both wind up at Bebe's party -- just in time to hear Mr. Slave tell the crowd that Paris Hilton is, among a great many other things, "a thoughtless, talent-less lowlife."
 
The two argue and challenge each other to a "Whore Off" -- a winner-takes-all contest to determine who is the bigger whore. Paris (among a great many other lewd acts) inserts a pineapple into her vagina. But Mr. Slave goes one better by forcing Hilton's entire body up his anus.
 
He then procedes to tell the crowd that being a stupid, spoiled whore is nothing to be proud of.  The girls see that Mr. Slave is right; they abandon their new lifestyle and apologize to Wendy.
 
Butters escapes the indentured servitude of being Mr. Biggles. But instead of being welcomed home, he's grounded.  His parents were upset at the loss of their $250 million.  
 
And as the credits roll, we see a struggling Paris Hilton still trapped in Mr. Slave's ass.

The Left Hand Killer, a.k.a. Michael Deets, who resides at 621 Costillo Street. Also, Tom Johansen, the ice cream shop owner, and the group of seven "real" Psychic Detectives, all of whom have paid the $25 comic-book-entry-fee to be called such.
Although she's been a background character since the pilot episode, Annie Faulk (the 4th grader with blond hair and a brown coat) is officially introduced here. After 8 seasons, she gets her first big speaking role.  We also meet Annie's mom, Mrs. Faulk.
 
Milly (the 4th grade girl with orange hair and an aqua jacket) also has her first speaking debut, as does Sally Turner (aka "Powder"), who we just learned stuffs her bra in "Quest For Ratings" .

A cop mulling over her murder says, "She was considered an ancillary character, one the fans wouldn't miss much."  A few moments later, he breaks down: "I know she hadn't been in any recent episodes but damnit she deserved better than this!"
Both Wendy's father and Bebe's father also make their debut here.  We met both of their mothers in "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society" .

This is the boys' second run-in with fake psychics. The first was their battle with John Edward in "The Biggest Douche in the Universe" .  Also Stark's Pond, which was paved over to make room for the Wall Mart (in "Something Wall Mart This Way Comes") is now back, and better than ever.
Paris can be seen guzzling s'mores-flavored schnapps, last seen in Season Three's "The Red Badge of Gayness."
While giving his inspirational pre-flight speech, Cartman mentions Copernicus (the 15th century astronomer who first named the sun as the center of the universe) as well as the Wright Brothers, "Orville and Redenbacher."  While the Wright Brothers (Orville and Wilbur) are indeed credited with flying and creating the first successful airplane, Orville Redenbacher should be credited with making delicious popcorn. 
We learn that Butters' grandfather was a coal miner for 50 years. Butters' tries his hand at coal mining in an effort to raise $250 million so that his parents won't sell him to Paris Hilton. It doesn't work out.
Dr. Doctor, the lead medical expert at Hells Pass Hospital, has his real name revealed to be "Dr. Gauche" in this episode. Also, Sergeant Yates, head of Park County Police, is called "Lou" here.  However, in "The Jeffersons" , his wife Maggie calls him "Harrison" Yates.
A brief glimpse of Mr. Slave's life as a kid is shown through flashbacks.  Turns out he's always been a whore, even as an infant.

Character Debuts

Although she's been a background character since the pilot episode, Annie Faulk (the 4th grader with blond hair and a brown coat) is officially introduced here. After 8 seasons, she gets her first big speaking role. We also meet Annie's mom, Mrs. Faulk. Milly (the 4th grade girl with orange hair and an aqua jacket) also has her first speaking debut, as does Sally Turner (aka "Powder"), who we just learned stuffs her bra in "Quest For Ratings" . A number of other 4th grade girls are also briefly introduced: Jessie and Kal, who try to get Wendy to play Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset; Beth, the girl that spends some time with Clyde in the closet; as well as Kelly Rutherfordminskin and Kelly Pinkertonsonfordter -- two chicks that both deny knowing Cartman. Both Wendy's father and Bebe's father also make their debut here. We met both of their mothers in "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society" .

Character Returns

The Frog Prince, who resides in the magical neverland of Mr. Slave's lower GI tract, appears for the first time since "The Death Camp of Tolerance". Wendy's parents are seen watching The Price is Right. The fake commercial for Letcher-Price's Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset is a parody of various girl-themed, fashion playsets sold by toy giant Fisher-Price. Elements of the commercial also parody the infamous Paris Hilton sex tape.

Paris Hilton. She is shown as perhaps the biggest, most spoiled whore in the world. When pleading for his parents not to sell him, Butters cries: "She snores real bad! Pointless Observations

Paris can be seen guzzling s'mores-flavored schnapps, last seen in Season Three's "The Red Badge of Gayness." We learn that Butters' grandfather was a coal miner for 50 years. Butters' tries his hand at coal mining in an effort to raise $250 million so that his parents won't sell him to Paris Hilton. It doesn't work out. A brief glimpse of Mr. Slave's life as a kid is shown through flashbacks. Turns out he's always been a whore, even as an infant.
