He's Rick James, bitch. An old friend of Jerome "Chef" McElroy, Rick James was one of many talented musicians who lent their vocal talent to the Chef Aid benefit to help him hire Johnnie Cochran. James had once been a heavy drug and alcohol user and at the time of his appearance alongside Chef had been working on overcoming his problems. He later protested illegal downloads of his music shortly before his death.
