During a brief visit to South Park, Khloe's stop at Unplanned Parenthood spawned an abortion the likes of which medical science had not yet seen before - and despite Martin Poonlovers' efforts, it was mutated and became a Giant Nazi Zombie Baby that the player must defeat to escape the abortion clinic.
