Many of South Park's citizens aren't terribly outspoken. This brown-haired woman wears a nice scarf and appears in town quite frequently. She was just outside Tweek Bros. Coffee with Theater Attendant in Hoodie the day Mecha-Streisand attacked. She can also be seen often joining the other townspeople for big events and meetings.
