Taro Aso is one of Japan's foremost representatives on the world stage as it's Prime Minister, negotiating with Gordon Brown and Stephen Abootman when the World Canadian Bureau (WGA) goes on strike for "internet money". When the Intergalactic Police stop by, he and the other countries of the world take upon as much Space Cash as possible and play innocent at Finland's sudden destruction. His term ended soon after, and he was succeeded by Prime Minister Hayotama.
