When Kyle Broflovski was conceived by his parents in Newark, he became cursed with a dangerous affliction. While his parents tried to get as far away as possible, back to his father's hometown of South Park, whenever Kyle is exposed to Jerseyfolk, a startling metamorphosis occurs... Kyle becomes Kyley-B, a trash-talking fourth grader with anger management issues who can even scare off the legendary and dangerous Snooki monster. As long as Jerseyfolk are at bay, the curse is repressed... but remember: you can take a fetus out of Jersey, but you can't take the Jersey out of a fetus.

- The idea of Kyley-B was based heavily on the 1957 film I Was a Teenage Werewolf, starring Michael Landon as a troubled teenager. This idea for the episode came in pretty late into production.
