The "evil sidekick" of Professor Chaos, General Disarray was also rejected by society. Joining Chaos on his evil schemes, Disarray functions as a right-hand man, helping him ambush his enemies as well as letting him know if his plans were previously covered by the Simpsons or not. In fact, Chaos' lair is now located in Disarray's grandma's storage locker - and Disarray keeps watch. The Coon isn't terribly fond of him.
By day however, he is Dougie O'Connell, a second grader who likes math, news reporting and Star Trek.
