A younger student at South Park Elementary and a relatively shy kid, Billy Turner is a dedicated but nonetheless poor saxophone player who has been noted for his narrow shoulders. He was last heard being treated at the hospital for sawing through his leg after Cartman handcuffed his ankle to a flagpole and insisted his milk was poisoned. (In Cartman's defense, Billy had called him chubby.)
