Official Description

The arrival of e-bikes in South America sparks a turf war between rival biker gangs. As violence erupts in the city streets, the residents of South America and the police department are powerless until a tragic event unites the town of South America.

Full Description

Eric Cartman asks his Mom, Liane Cartman for an e-bike, saying that he is being bullied in school by being fat, calling him chubby wubby. Liane is takes Cartman to Keller's bike shop and buy a Class 3 e-bike. Cartman, rides in front of Kyle, Kenny and Stan's house showing off his new e-bike. The kids get jealous but can't afford their own e-bikes. They run to City Bike to buy knockoff e-bikes.

Randy Marsh is pissed with the rise of e-bikes. He became a regular bike a cyclist, and wants the e-bikes banned from the town. Randy recruits more adults to his cause, forming their own biker gang. The cyclists amass members, block traffic, and demand protein packets. After trying to ban e-bikes by bribing the cops with cash and cigars, they attack City Bike shop and brutally assault Mr. Kim.

In disguise, Kenny approaches Randy's gang and tries to talk some sense into them, explaining that it is only a very small, very fat minority of kids Cartman that are making trouble with the e-bikes. Shortly afterward, Kenny reports to Stan and Kyle that the negotiations seemed to go well, however Kenny's bike explodes, killing him. With the three boys grieving, the biker gang uses Kenny's death as an opportunity to ban e-bikes from South America.
