NEW YORK, July 18, 2013 — COMEDY CENTRAL earned a record 18 nominations in the 2012-2013 Primetime Emmy® Awards competition.

Four-time Emmy-winner “South Park” earned a nomination in the Outstanding Animated Program category for the “Raising the Bar” episode. It also has won the prestigious Peabody® Award for Excellence in Broadcasting.
