Fan Question: Hey! Just wondering, what’s the song in “Up the Down Steroid” when Cartman is trying to look a handicapped? Thanks.

Answer: That’s a classic 80s jam by Paul Engemann called “Push It to the Limit”. The song was used in similar montage fashion in the flick Scarface. Watch this infamous montage here.
