Six Days to South Park: Behind the Scenes

Howdy Parkateers! Summer is winding down, and the mid-season premiere is about a month away. To help pass the time until the new episode, we’ve got some delicious South Park goodness for our fans. Today we are launching Six Days to South Park, a day-by-day behind the scenes look at the episode “Super Fun Time.” Like many episodes, this one was produced from script to broadcast in just six days. Production began on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 10 AM and it aired on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 10 PM.

Each day’s video represents the actual progress of the episode for one day of production. In the video for day one, you will see how the show looked less than seven days before it aired on Comedy Central. Watch as the show comes together and changes over the course of those six days. Make sure to come back daily for an updated version of the episode. Next Thursday, September 11th, it starts all over with commentary by the South Park crew on a day-by-day basis.

We hope you enjoy this amazing behind the scenes look at “Super Fun Time!”
