South Park episode idea: "The Water Tower"

For a new episode, South Park puts in a new water tower. During the process, the sixth graders try to sabotage the equipment. Meanwhile, a new fourth grader, named Matthew Kepler, moves to South Park from a small town in Iowa named Roland, and has trouble fitting in because he likes water towers, wind turbines, buses, and he has touretts syndrom. Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman become friends with Matthew and help him fit in.
