Of course, this is no real blooper, but it actually makes no sense: In the beginning, the four boys have two flutes and one drum. At around 6:03 Stan has one flute and Kenny and Kyle have drums. I can see why they would need two flute's (creating a more complex melody, for example ) but two drums...it just seems quite unnecessary. As I said, it is not a real blooper, but you have to agree that is makes no sense whatsoever ^^
