Would love it if language could be optional...
you could still use localization for the ads, and statistics internally ... but provide the english/spanish choice to expats and other people who would prefer a language different to their current geographical location... would really be nice!

I'm moving all threads about that issue to Site Bugs. Please start any new threads there. They don't belong in General SP Discussion, Character Discussion, Feedback, Off Topic Discussion, etc. Hopefully the techs can fix the issue or explain why localization is necessary when fans from all over the world want the episodes in English.

(Most often, it's because they don't understand the meaning of some English phrases, as there's no equivalent in other languages, and localization attempts to fix that)

It's not a bug tho, it was the company's decision to make it this way. How come it doesn't belong on "FEEDBACK"? Anyway putting all our complains on this end of the list forum just makes our voices harder to be heard

I agree with everyone here. We should be able to choose the language in which we watch the episodes.
Most of the jokes lose their strength, and we are already used to the original voices.
I see it may be a problem for some who doesn't understand english and it's a nice thing to do in order to increase the fanbase, but for us who have always watched the show in english, it's a major bother. Please give us the option to choose the language of the dubs.

Agreed. If it is a bug, then it must be fixed. So fix it! Let us have the option to watch the episodes in English. How hard is to fix that “bug”?
We didn’t get a single reasonable answer as to why this inconsiderate decision has been made.
And assuming people from Latin America wouldn’t get the jokes in the original audio is no reason at all, it’s just BS.
Just fix the “bug”, or at least have the honesty (or the balls) to let us know the real reason for this stupid limitation.
(I tried to be nice and joke a bit in my previous posts, but this complete absence of a decent answer is turning things around and I’m becoming to lose any hope in this new website.)

This is correct. Those guys are doing the show's work and getting paid for it. I'm just volunteering to look after the forum and wondering if they're looking for someone to replace me eventually. It's been 19 years already. I expect a retirement package!

I have the same complain about not having the choise from selecting lenguages.

I'm from México and I used to really love the venezuelan dub back in time, but now days without Rolando Felizola as Randy, and Larry Villanueva as Butters and Stan, y really preffer the original english format. It would be nice if you can bring the choise of selecting lenguage back.

I really appreciate the effort you guys bring to your watchers and fans; fews studios are not greedy enough to not suck all the milk from the consumers titties.
