S25E03 not available in English

I am from brazil and the latest episode was s25e03.

I always watch it in the original language and up until s2502 both versions (en and pt-br) were released at the same time.

Now the third episode has been released dubbed in portuguese for a few days now but the english version is missing (it only shows episodes one and two).

I believe this is a mistake, right?

I just registered and I'm also from Brazil and all episodes are playing in portuguese for me. How do you change it to english?
