“Black Friday” Nominated For An Emmy!
Our epic console war saga “Black Friday” has just been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Animated Program category!
This is the 13th time South Park has been nominated, including 5 Emmy wins (most recently for last year’s “Raising The Bar“). Other Emmy Award winning episodes are “Margaritaville“, “The Imaginationland Trilogy”, “Make Love, Not Warcraft“, and “Best Friends Forever“.

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards will be presented in two ceremonies. The first, primarily for creative arts categories, will take place on Saturday, August 16, while the balance of the Emmys, primarily for the performing arts, will be announced before a black-tie audience during a primetime telecast on NBC on Monday, August 25 at the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles, CA.
