Fan Question: Loved the Underpants Gnomes in “Stick of Truth”. How many times have they appeared in the show?

Answer: Those underpants-stealing Gnomes have appeared a total of two times in the show. They debuted in Season 2’s “Gnomes”, then again as Santa’s helpers in Season 6’s “Red Sleigh Down”.
